Kepler’s Laws

 Law of orbits- Each planet moves around the Sun in an elliptical orbit with Sun at one of focus. 

Law of Area- The line joining the Sun and the planet sweeps out equal area in equal intervals of time is Areal Velocity of the planet is constant.             

Law of Period- The square of time period of any planet around the Sun is directly proportional to cube of the semi major axis of the elliptical orbit
